The Minnesota Department of Education requires school districts to submit an estimate or a census count of zero through four-year-old children that reside in their district. Our district also uses the information we gather to send notices about program offerings (preschool and ECFE), other events for young children, preschool screening, and eventually information about registering for kindergarten!
