Starting a Ball Challenge and we would love to have families start the challenge at home. Any size ball will work just write the exercise on the ball and do the exercise where your thumbs land on when you catch it for a quick exercise. Have fun and hopefully families will share your pictures in the comments

Good Afternoon!
In addition having materials for new quarter 4 classes ready to pick up at the high school, we also have collected all remaining items from student lockers (regular lockers and gym lockers). If your child left items in their lockers please swing by tomorrow during our pick up times, and we will run their belongings out to your vehicle. Pick up at the HS is 7-8am, 12-1pm, and 5-6pm. -Our 2019-2020 Varsity Roster was recognized by the MGBCA as a Gold Level All State Academic Team!
-To Achieve this honor the cumulative GPA or the entire varsity team must be 3.75 or higher! What a great honor to receive, and I am so proud of the girls for their dedication in the classroom. This was also one of the team goal we set at the beginning of the season. Congrats to the girls on this distinguished honor!
