MCC Knowledge Bowl competed in the regional meet in Marshall today. Team 1 ended up in 14th, Team 2 tied for 16th and Team 3 tied for 19th. Great job on the season everyone!

Tomorrow is an early out day for teacher in-service at MCC. The Central building will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. and West Elementary will be dismissed at 12:25 p.m.

Culture Club and Currie Town & Country present BINGO on Saturday, March 15th from 5-7 pm at the Murray County 4H building. Bring the whole family - kids are welcome to play as long as they are accompanied by someone 21 or older. A meal will be available for dine-in or carry-out.

Coaches vs Cancer was a huge success. MCC raised over $5,000 for The American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Thank you to the players, coaches, fans, referees, student council, Shear Faith Salon, Murray County Cattlemen, Murray County Dairy Association, Relay for Life members and any other volunteers we have missed. We appreciate the support!!
MCC Speech team competed in the Minneota Viking Invitational. In Creative Expression, Agasi Nelson placed 5th.
In Extemporaneous Speaking, Wesley Hause placed 4th. In Original Oratory, Lila Scandrett placed 2nd. In Prose, Annie Scandrett placed 3rd and Brecken Larson received a duck.
In Storytelling, Blaine Braun placed 2nd and Johanna Pickard received a duck.
