Congratulations to our boys and girls cross country teams that competed at sections today. Boys placed 11th overall out of 18 complete teams. The girls are the section runners up placing second by 9 points and team score of 49.

This is just a reminder that students who are absent due to quarantine or otherwise should be making an effort to check in with their teachers and do their daily work as they are able. We understand that if a student is sick this may not be possible, but with 1:1 devices and every teacher utilizing Google Classrooms, the technology is available to help students not fall too far behind during times of extended absences.

I want to thank all the MCC coaches and student-athletes for all of their efforts in their first contests back! It was great to see the joy and energy put into competition again. I also want to say I am especially proud of how the coaches and players handled all the requirements and regulations during these times! At the end of the third, MCC on top of Sleepy Eye 35-6.
At the half, MCC leads Sleepy Eye 21-6. Dylan Johnson leads the Rebels with 3 TD’s in the first half.
